Pet Reunions offers pet finder and search and rescue services to help reunite lost pets with their owners. Our Service and Rescue fee is only charged upon a successful reunion of the lost pet with the owner. The fee is a one-time payment due immediately upon a successful reunion and in the amount of what's shown on our How It Works page.

2.⁠ ⁠Payment Terms

Payment is due immediately upon confirmation of the pet's safe return to its rightful owner. Payments may be made via e-transfer (within Canada) or PayPal (within Canada and the United States). Failure to remit payment may result in legal action or future service refusal.

3.⁠ ⁠Right to Refuse Service

Pet Reunions reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at our sole discretion, including but not limited to safety concerns, abusive behavior, or suspected fraudulent activity.

4.⁠ ⁠Limitation of Liability

Pet Reunions is not responsible for the actions, decisions, or participation of pet owners or their agents during the search and rescue operation.

You agree that Pet Reunions is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our website or services. You assume all risks associated with your participation in the search and recovery process.

You agree to provide accurate and complete information regarding the lost pet and your contact details. You agree to follow the guidance and recommendations given by Pet Reunions during the search and rescue operation. Misrepresentation or withholding of information may result in immediate termination of services.

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Pet Reunions and protected by Canadian and international copyright laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content from this site without written permission from Pet Reunions.
